THE Australian Competition and Consumer Commissions chairman, Graeme Samuel, and Communications Minister, Helen Coonan, were busy yesterday ganging up on Telstra management in a left and right flank attack to push the telecom into flicking the switch to give the majority of Australians access to higher speed broadband services.
